Behind thedrone,an eye.
My name is Gabriel. For those who follow the Lençóis closely, I am known as Falcão. Six years filming, directing and immortalizing stories in the most surreal white-dune desert in Brazil.

From photography to cinema in the dunes.
I started in photography as a teenager, in Santo Amaro do Maranhão. What began as a hobby became a profession when I realized my eye had something different: I didn't want to record scenes, I wanted to build them.
The Lençóis chose me before I chose them. I grew up looking at those dunes and, when I got my first serious camera, that is where I wanted to test how far it could go. That is where I learned to wait for the light, to read the wind, to understand that the best shot comes from someone who truly knows the place.
In 2023, the drone came as a natural extension of my work. Filming from above changed everything: I was able to show the scale, the silence, the beautiful solitude of that landscape that no photo can fully capture.
Today I photograph couples, families and travelers from all over Brazil and other countries. Every delivery is thought of as a short film, with its own script, direction and post-production. What I offer is not a service, it is memory. And good memory, as we know, is worth more than anything.
Six years building an eye.
- 2018
First professional camera.
Start of the journey as a photographer in Santo Amaro do Maranhão. First personal sessions and the discovery that the Lençóis would be my signature.
- 2020
Destination specialization.
I started working with couples who came from out of state to shoot in the dunes. I learned the logistics of the destination, the best hours, the access points few people know.
- 2023
Drone enters the workflow.
First investments in professional aerial equipment and ANAC certification. The work gains a new dimension: aerial joins ground-level and becomes a film.
- 2024
Going viral on TikTok.
One of my videos reaches 1.4M views. Clients start arriving from outside Brazil as well: United States, Argentina, Portugal.
- 2026
2026/2027 season open.
Over 300 deliveries completed. The destination wedding calendar opens in limited weekly batches to keep the quality of every shoot.
Cinema grade, not amateur grade.
Every shoot uses the same toolkit as commercial audiovisual productions.

Every file goes through three redundancies before reaching the client. Zero loss.
I don't film couples. I film the eve of a life that is about to begin. Every day in the Lençóis is unrepeatable: light shifts every 10 minutes, the lagoon changes every season, the wind draws the dune in a new way. My role is to arrive before the unrepeatable and catch it mid-air.
